2. The paper has a width of 54mm and a length of 501.65mm. The outer diameter of the finished roll should not exceed 175mm, and the core diameter inside the roll should be 76.2mm.

3. The product's header graphics and text are printed clearly, the ink is environmentally friendly, and the color is bright. The same side printing and overprinting should be accurate, with a tolerance of 0.2mm, and the front and back overprinting should have a tolerance of 0.5mm; The printing color of the same batch of products should be consistent, and the surface of the paper should be clean, without dirty spots, scratch lines, or color development due to collisions; Die cutting specifications according to customer requirements (error -0.3mm); The die-cutting movement of the same batch of products is ≤ 1mm, and the detection hole movement is ≤ 0.5mm; Semi transparent die-cutting: The top paper die-cutting cannot cut through the bottom paper, and the bottom paper die-cutting cannot cut through the top paper; Other requirements: There should be no black residue falling off when printing on the face paper, and no residue transmitted to the printing head. The edges of the image and text should be neat, and there should be no jagged or white spot defects observed with a magnifying glass.

4. Roll packaging: The winding direction is consistent, and the surface of the paper core is smooth without fuzzing or peeling, with an error of -3mm from the product width; Cutting should not have burrs, and the end face should be flat with an allowable error of 0.3mm and an inner diameter of+0.3mm; The product should be clean inside and outside, and there should be no wrinkles, broken edges, edges, sand or other debris inside. There should be no missing labels, and the glue should not overflow; The quantity of each roll is required by the number of packages, and an additional sheet is allowed.
