Product Description

Product Summary
HC-PB02 outdoor directional reader adopts 2.4GHz civil band wireless communication technology.
It is designed with high sensitivity and low power consumption technology, and low radiation that
has no harm to human body. It has stable performance, with lightning protection, high waterproof
level, and strong anti-interference ability, using ARM fast processor and composite receiving
frequency division technology to improve card reading performance. A variety of data
communication methods are widely used. It can be used in RFID vehicle management systems,
access control systems, personnel positioning systems, cargo tracking systems, prisons,
schools and other fields, and supports a variety of communication interfaces to meet the needs
of customers in different environments.

Product Feature
1.Directional recognition: orientation card reading function, orientation angle is less than 180 degrees (weak signal on the back);
2.Adjustable reading distance: internal integrated microwave digital attenuator, which can control
the reading distance by adjusting the rotary code or software method, and meet the needs of
reading distance in practical applications;
3.High security anti-interference technology: the new multi-frequency and multi-address
technology is used for communication. The tag information is strictly encrypted using our
company's unique encryption technology. Multiple verification methods are digitally processed
before being sent to the reader;
4.
Anti-collision: using ARM technology, with the function of reading 1000 tags at the same time;
5.IO interface: with reading interface and reading relay interface;
6.Communication Interface: with WG26, WG34, RS485, TCP / IP data communication interface.

  Calculation
Method
Checksum calculation: In sum of all hexadecimal values, the end byte is 0
23 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 31 + 31 + 35 + 30 + 34 + 31 + 38 + 30 + 38 + 30 + 38 + 30 + 39 + 30 + 30 + 32 + 32 + 30 + 34 + 36 + 35 + 31 + 38 + 45 + 39 + 39 + 39 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 30 + 7D = 800 (combined value end byte is 0)

Network heartbeat packet mechanism
In order to ensure the reliability of the connection and check whether the device is online in real time, the device end will send heartbeat packet data to the service end every other period of time (60 seconds by default).

1.Data format (40 characters) of heartbeat packet sent by device side:
The data format of the heartbeat packet is the same as the above card reading packet, and the card number content in the packet is 0000000000.
For example: Chen 0331df00160227162357000000000000092

2. Data format of the confirmation package sent by the server (24 characters):
In order to keep the system time of the device consistent with that of the server, and automatically restart the device to reconnect to the network in case of system network abnormality (if the device automatic restart function is enabled), the server shall respond to the returned data after receiving the heartbeat packet sent by the device, and the returned packet data format is as follows:
Item Head Mark Command Code Device Date Device Time
Description # ACK 10 digit date character 8-bit time character
Example: #ACK 2015-05-09 08:14:08
